A rather tougher question, mainly because of how wide the factors range. if its food and nourishment, etc, then call me old fashioned but I find it to be best to grow food properly in farms, etc. Be it things like power for heat, electricity, etc, again, a wide array but I can believe that there is such a thing as cleaner energy, it can be and has been made done, now we need to implement it. Sorry if the answers seem lazy, but that is a tougher, broader question. 4. Well this ones kind of a given as to who SHOULD, well, everyone, durr. These goods are meant for the people to help keep them alive, safe, happy, etc… but falling back on the last unit subject, Money is what makes the world go round, a sad truth, but its fact, but we shouldn’t let people simply starve or freeze just because they don’t have some stupid green piece of paper, now that doesn’t mean sirloin n lobster, and a villa, but atleast give them the chance so they can get on their feet again, as opposed to letting them suffer and die as I have witnessed before.
