As per the 4 fundamental questions, if I had to answer them, I would have to say, 1. Produce the goods to satisy the human needs first, then for the needs that are required to live soundly in todays society. Now things like wants would generally come next from most people, but next I say its best to crunch the numbers together and make sure theres enough resources to fill the needs of next time and combine it with resource production, THEN wants can be made and filled because wants should come last. 2. The amount produced should slightly exceed those requested and needed because its always good to have a surplus in case of accidents or disasters, like insurance, but again, matching production to make sure said resources do not deplete leaving needs un kept.
