Inequality seems to be a big problem right now… It isn’t just economic inequality, tons of things are unequal in this era. I think some cases of inequality are a problem, yet some are just life – it isn’t fair! One of the situations where inequality is wrong to me is how women don’t get paid as much as men to do some of the same jobs. If we have the same qualifications and do the same job why should we get paid less? It makes no sense to me, not to be pointing fingers but I can only guess a man made this rule up… However the people who are highly unqualified and have lower skilled jobs don’t deserve to make as much because they haven’t strived to get a better education and work towards those positions (not all lower waged people, but most). I feel like if they took the extra steps they could move towards more equal pay. Its all in who you know and how hard you apply yourself. You get what you earn not always what you think you deserve…
