In my opinion so far it appears that PPACA has been mostly positive and has done good things. The amount of uninsured people has gone and it has had almost no effect on employment rates. It has also brought down the cost of Medicare slightly. All of these things are good so to me it seems as though “Obamacare” has been good for the economy.
